Β Full and Partial Refund Policy

We understand that circumstances may arise where a product reaches damaged due to defects Or Other technical reasons. To address this, we provide a Partial/full 100% refund Or Return within a 7-day window from the date of receiving your order.Β

  2. The product must be in its original condition.
  3. The item should be unused and returned in its original packaging.

In instances where the purchased product has defects or wrong item delivered, our partial refund policy is designed to rectify the issue. To initiate this process, please adhere to the following guidelines:

  1. Defect Identification: Clearly document the defects by providing detailed descriptions and accompanying photographs or Video.Β 
  2. Video Unboxing Requirement: For defect-related refunds, the submission of a video of the unboxing process is mandatory. This ensures that we can thoroughly assess and address the reported issues. Note: Without the Unboxing video, We’re Unable to Know the Original state of the packet arrived therefore, please make sure to Unbox the packet while recording a videotape.Β

How to Request a Refund or Return?

To initiate the refund process, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at aigenz.kk@gmail.com with the subject line: "Refund Request - [Your Order ID or AWB No.]."
  2. In your email, include the following information:
    • Your Order ID or AWB No. (required)
    • Your contact information
    • The date on which you’ve ordered
    • A detailed description of the reason for the refund Or Return request
  3. Attach the mandatory video of the unboxing process if applicable.

All purchases from "Outsourced fulfillment" categories are final. Due to our outsourced fulfillment process, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds. Please review product details carefully before ordering. In the highly unlikely event of a damaged or defective item, notify us within 5 days of receipt with clear evidence, and we will attempt to find a resolution with our supplier, though this does not guarantee a refund or exchange. In Case of Wrongly delivered item, We follow a specific type of procedure which may assist you to get a exchange or return the item, its information can be shared on email while requesting a return/exchange after providing the video of unboxing the item, due to limited outsourced fulfillment resources, & unavailability of reverse logistics, We have chosen for self-shipment procedure where customer have to ship the order back to us and after careful consideration of the returned item and following the procedure thoroughly, we'd happy to exchange it for you or process the refund accordingly. However this is rarely required as we commit to provide a good customer experience through inbox/emailΒ

Request a Refund for Not Delivered Item.

We always Try to Ship all the Prepaid orders as soon as possible but sometimes we put few orders on hold as per our shipping policy and we request you to wait in the given time frame. However, if time frame exceed the hold period and you want to know status about your order or claim a refund for a item not delivered, please mail aigenz.kk@gmail.com with all the details attached regarding your order. Make sure you write an Official mail with all the details possible to track your order.Β

As we said we do not have exchange/returns for sizing issues but Sometimes, we might charge a very nominal amt. as delivery fees if you wish to exchange your existing product with a different size, this helps us manage finances with customer satisfaction.Β
